I’m Matts, a hybrid Creative Leader at the intersection of Art and Copy, currently serving as Executive Creative Director at Zurich-based agency Salz & Water. With a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication Design, I bring over 19 years of experience from both global network agencies and boutique creative studios. For the past 13 years, I’ve been building and leading cutting-edge creative teams with a strong digital focus, while also drawing on more than a decade of experience as an executive board member.
